Returns & Refunds policy

At MADrass INDUSTRIES, we value customer satisfaction and ensure a transparent refund process. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the agreed specifications.

• Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and in unused condition.

2. Refund Process

• Customers must initiate a return request by contacting our support team and providing proof of defect (such as images or videos).

• Upon approval, the item must be shipped back to MADrass INDUSTRIES at the customer’s expense unless otherwise stated.

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed as per the assessment.

• If the return is approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper use, or external factors beyond MADrass INDUSTRIES control.

• Custom-made, personalised, or modified products are strictly non-refundable.

• Orders cancelled after raw material procurement or during/after production are non-refundable, unless an identical order is received from another customer (highly unlikely).

4. Partial Refunds and Deductions

• If a returned item is found to be used, tampered with, or damaged (excluding manufacturing defects), a partial refund may be issued at MADrass INDUSTRIES discretion.

• Shipping, handling, and payment processing charges are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

5. Processing Time

• Refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days after the returned product passes inspection.

• Delays in bank processing or payment gateways may extend the refund reflection period beyond MADrass INDUSTRIES control.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes regarding refunds shall be resolved as per MADrass INDUSTRIES internal dispute resolution process.

• Legal jurisdiction for refund-related matters shall be determined in accordance with applicable laws.

7. Special Cases and Cashback Policy

• Orders paid via direct bank transfer are eligible for a 2% cashback, which will only be credited after final delivery and completion of the order.

• Refunds for such transactions will be processed after deducting any cashback benefits already credited.

This refund policy is legally binding, and any misuse, fraudulent claims, or policy violations will be subject to legal action.
