1. Payment & Order Confirmation

• All payments must be made through accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and direct bank transfers, before order processing.

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment.

• Customers may opt for an 80% or 100% advance payment. The order delivery process will only commence upon receipt of the delivery charges and any outstanding balance.

2. Manufacturing Policy

• MADrass INDUSTRIES operates on a strict make-to-order manufacturing model.

• No pre-manufactured stock is maintained; production begins only upon order confirmation.

• Manufacturing lead times depend on order volume, complexity, and raw material availability.

• Order modifications are permitted only before raw material procurement. Post-procurement modifications will not be entertained.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping destination, chosen shipping method, and manufacturing lead time.

• MADrass INDUSTRIES is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to logistics partner disruptions, natural calamities, or regulatory interventions.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be canceled before raw material procurement, with an immediate refund.

• Cancellations post-procurement or during/after manufacturing are strictly not permitted unless another customer places an identical order (highly unlikely).

5. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted strictly within 15 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturing defects.

• If a consignment or a specific unit is to be returned, it must remain unopened, in its original packaging, and returned within 15 days of delivery.

• Refunds will be processed only after thorough inspection of the returned product, in accordance with our refund policy.

• Refunds will be credited exclusively to the original payment method used for the transaction.

6. Pricing & Order Modifications

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• MADrass INDUSTRIES reserves the right to cancel orders arising due to pricing errors, system glitches, or incorrect quotations.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing the order.

• By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in accordance with MADrass INDUSTRIES' internal dispute resolution process.

• Legal jurisdiction for any disputes shall be determined by MADrass INDUSTRIES and will be subject to applicable laws.

9. Resale Restriction

• The products supplied by MADrass INDUSTRIES are intended strictly for end-use.

• Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or commercial sales of our products without prior written consent from MADrass INDUSTRIES is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

10. Direct Account Transfer Cashback Policy

• Customers who make payments via direct bank transfer will be eligible for a 2% cashback, which will be processed only after order completion and final delivery.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the customer and MADrass INDUSTRIES. Any breach of these terms may result in legal action and/or suspension of future transactions with the customer.

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
